Isn't it lovely?

Maryanne forwarded me this photo of her mother's lovely pineapple centerpiece doily. It's got some slight damage and she's hoping to have it repaired and/or a copy made. I've asked the villagers at Crochetville if they've ever seen something like this and no one has. Several of us are intrigued and I think we may just create our own pattern! I've never made a doily before...
